Our Two-step Process:

Our process is very simple and straightforward. When you, our client makes contact with us, we will review your contact mail and then send you a form that has been adapted to your needs. We ask that you fill out the form in every detail available to you and to pose questions if there are areas you do not fully understand.

When you are done with the form, you email it back to us with all the materials which we have requested. If you need help with provision of a navigation outline, just state so in the relevant section. We will review your material, ask for any other material we need and once this process is completed, our “BOTS” as we call our magnificent workforce, will set to work and 48 hours later, your website will be deployed.

One of the most important aspects of having a smooth transaction is having ready access to email and SMS. We will contact you from time to time during the critical 48 hour period to make sure our work runs smoothly. We are committed to delivering on time and completely, however this is helped and enhanced whenever the client provides all the needed material in a timely manner.

As part of the process, we do collect funds upfront before any services are given. This is to enhance payment of third party contractors that help us run our projects. For international payments, we accept a wide variety of payments ranging from wire transfer to Paypal. Western Union and Moneygram has fallen out of favor however we can talk and we will only work within applicable laws.

It is important to note that depending on where you are receiving your services, local taxes may apply. Also registration of a domain under false pretense amounts to a criminal offense in the United States as well as many other countries and clients are encouraged to be as transparent as their business model allows, knowing that we shall be extremely discrete in our dealings and will never divulge client information to third parties unless required by Law.
